The magnificent, pillar-less Magellan Grand Ballroom can accommodate up to 2,000 people in a theatre style configuration. Other configurations include reception (1,600 people) and banquet (1,400 people).

The Pacific Grand Ballroom features the capacity to host up to 1,000 people in a theatre or reception configuration. With it are ten multi-purpose breakout rooms supporting the ballroom and all function rooms, meeting rooms and grand ballroom are equipped with audio visual equipments.

There are 28 meeting rooms throughout Sutera Harbour Resort and the choice of customized layouts provided versatility and flexibility. The convenience of broadband internet access is offered in all meeting rooms and ballrooms. In addition a 100-seat theatre is available for presentations, lecture and private premier of feature showings. The Theatre is equipped with a Barco system and OHP for seminars and meetings alike.
